FAQ
Some Q&A
Q: Which methods of payment can I use to settle an order?
A: A 30% advance is required by wire transfer (T/T). The outstanding amount must be cleared before we release the telex. This two-step structure is designed to protect both sides throughout the transaction. The upfront portion enables us to confirm your production slot, reserve container space, and commit our processing schedule with confidence. Once production wraps up and your order is ready, we will send you a shipping notification along with the final invoice so you can arrange the remaining transfer. We release the telex release or original bill of lading only after full payment is confirmed in our bank account, which gives you assurance that your documents will be handled properly. For clients we have worked with for multiple orders and who have demonstrated consistent payment discipline, we are open to discussing more flexible arrangements, such as reducing the deposit percentage or offering extended payment terms. In addition to T/T, we can also accept letters of credit for larger transactions, provided the terms are mutually agreeable. Our finance team provides clear, step-by-step payment instructions and is available to clarify any bank-related questions. We aim to make the payment procedure as straightforward and hassle-free as possible for you.
Q: If something goes wrong after delivery, how do you assist overseas buyers promptly?
A: Since this concerns frozen goods and international shipment, you can submit a local quality inspection report. From there, we'll assess the situation together and respond accordingly. We treat every after-sales case seriously and aim to acknowledge your report within one business day. Our assessment involves cross-checking your findings against our internal records, including production batch data, temperature logs, pre-loading photos, and QC sign-off sheets. This helps us determine whether the issue originated during processing, storage, or transit. Based on our analysis, we propose practical remedies tailored to the specific situation. For example, we may issue a credit toward your next purchase, offer a price reduction on the affected portion, or arrange a replacement shipment if the quantity is substantial. We understand that disputes can be stressful, especially when dealing with perishable products across borders, so we prioritize clear communication and fairness. We have resolved cases with clients in multiple countries without damaging long-term relationships. Every issue also becomes a learning opportunity for us, we document the root cause and adjust our procedures to minimize recurrence. Our goal is not just to solve the current problem, but to strengthen your confidence in working with us going forward.
Q: Does packaging take place only after an order is confirmed?
A: No. Every item is sealed and held under refrigeration well in advance. On the scheduled loading day, the stock is moved straight from cold storage into the container. This means we do not wait for orders to arrive before packaging, which gives us a major speed advantage. Our standard practice is to complete all processing, glazing, weighing, and carton sealing immediately after the fish are frozen, then transfer the packaged goods directly to our cold storage facility. By doing this, we maintain a ready inventory that can be shipped at short notice. This also ensures that packaging quality is consistent, because it is done under controlled conditions as part of our normal production flow, not rushed at the last minute to meet a shipping deadline. When you place an order, we simply pull the required quantities from our warehouse, perform a final check, and prepare them for loading. If you have specific packaging requests, such as custom labeling or different carton sizes, we can accommodate those during our regular processing run, provided we receive your instructions early enough. However, for standard orders, the packaging is already complete and waiting. This system reduces lead times, minimizes errors, and gives you greater flexibility when scheduling shipments.
