Chinese:
Spicy Stir-fry / Bell Pepper Stir-fry:Preparation: Thaw frozen clam meat, blanch briefly in boiling water to remove any frozen taste, then drain .
Cooking: Stir-fry with ginger, garlic, and aromatics. For a mild version, cook with bell peppers, soy sauce, and sesame oil. For a spicy version, add chili bean paste (doubanjiang), Lao Gan Ma sauce, and a little sugar .
Japanese:
