Product Details
Frozen Blood Clam Meat, ,is a seafood product made by shelling, eviscerating and cleaning fresh blood clams, then quickly frozen to lock in freshness. It features tender, crisp texture, sweet and juicy taste, and is sand-free.
Sourced from wild-caught or farmed blood clams harvested in clean sea areas.
Processing flow: Fresh raw materials → sand purging → cleaning → shucking and meat extraction → evisceration → rinsing → individual quick freezing (IQF) → sorting and packaging.
Packed in food-grade PE vacuum bags or color boxes, protecting against oxidation and odor transfer.
The meat is crisp, elastic and naturally sweet with rich juice. It has a fresh ocean flavor with a unique "bloody fresh" taste (rich in hemoglobin).
High in protein, low in fat, and rich in iron, zinc and vitamin B12.
Allergy warning: Contains shellfish protein, not suitable for people with shellfish allergies.
Food safety: Non-sashimi grade products must be thoroughly heated (core temperature ≥70°C) to avoid the risk of parasites or bacteria.
