Frozen Shrimp Meat
Frozen Vannamei Shrimp, scientifically known as Litopenaeus vannamei, is highly valued in the global seafood market for its naturally sweet taste, firm texture, and excellent versatility. Cooking Method

Boiled Shrimp – Simple & Classic
1. Thaw the shrimp completely and rinse briefly with clean water. Drain well.
2. Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil and add salt and lemon slices.
3. Add the shrimp to the boiling water.
4. Cook for approximately 2–3 minutes, depending on shrimp size.
5. Remove the shrimp immediately when they become opaque and pink.
6. Drain well and serve warm or chill over ice for a refreshing seafood dish.

Steamed Shrimp – Tender & Naturally Sweet
1. Thaw the shrimp and drain excess water.
2. Arrange the shrimp evenly on a heat-resistant plate.
3. Place ginger slices and spring onions over the shrimp.
4. Bring water to a boil in a steamer.
5. Place the plate inside and steam for approximately 4–6 minutes, depending on shrimp size.
6. Remove from the steamer when the shrimp are opaque and fully cooked.
7. Serve with light soy sauce and a small amount of sesame oil.

Deep-Fried Shrimp – Crispy & Golden
1. Thaw the shrimp completely and pat dry.
2. Season with salt and black pepper.
3. Coat each shrimp with flour, then dip into beaten egg.
4. Cover evenly with panko breadcrumbs.
5. Heat oil to approximately 170–180°C (340–355°F).
6. Carefully place the shrimp into the hot oil.
7.Fry for approximately 2–3 minutes, or until golden brown and fully cooked.
8. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Grilled Shrimp – Smoky & Flavorful
1. Thaw the shrimp and pat dry thoroughly.
2. Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
3. Marinate the shrimp for 10–15 minutes.
4. Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
5. Place the shrimp directly on the grill or thread them onto skewers.
6. Grill for approximately 2 minutes on each side.
7. Remove once the shrimp are opaque and lightly charred on the outside.
8. Serve immediately with lemon wedges and fresh herbs.
